ANOHNI returns with her first album since 2016's Oneohtrixpointnever and Hudson Mowhawke-produced Hopelessness. Billed with The Johnsons, reflecting a connection to her earlier work (which won her a Mercury Prize) the record, produced by Jimmy Hogarth (Amy Winehouse), glows soulfully, artistically responding to Marvin Gaye's question, What's Going On. “I want the record to be supportive,” she says. "I’m sounding the bugle for the people who need support, or relief, or reprieve."
